Security Systems Technician

Full-time · Field (travel to clients)

You handle the hands-on installation of security systems — video surveillance (CCTV), access control, burglar alarm and intercom — working shoulder to shoulder with the systems engineer, from mounting and cabling through commissioning and maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Mounting and commissioning equipment (cameras, sensors, control panels, readers, barriers) per the technical design;
  • Running and laying cabling, trunking and related connectors;
  • Configuring and testing the systems together with the design engineer;
  • Diagnosing and fixing faults; preventive maintenance of installed systems;
  • Complying with Law no. 333/2003 and applicable technical standards;
  • Documenting interventions and handing the work over to the client.

Requirements

  • Practical skills and low-voltage/electrical knowledge;
  • Reading technical schematics and designs;
  • Category B driving licence — required; availability to travel to client sites;
  • Attention to detail, focus on quality and safety; comfortable working at height;
  • The competency certificate for the security-systems technician occupation and police authorisation (per Law 333/2003) are a plus — we support obtaining them;
  • Experience installing CCTV / access control / burglar alarm systems is a plus.

Field IT Specialist

Full-time · Hybrid (on customer's site / remote)

You ensure the implementation, maintenance and remediation of our clients' IT equipment and solutions, working closely with the technical team to deliver high-quality support and maximum client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Installing, configuring and updating IT equipment and software, on customer sites and remotely;
  • Diagnosing and fixing hardware and software issues, on-site and remotely;
  • Monitoring client infrastructures and intervening proactively to prevent issues;
  • Ensuring correct operation of networks, servers and peripheral equipment;
  • Technical support by phone, automation tools or e-mail;
  • Documenting interventions and the solutions provided.

Requirements

  • Proven IT experience (hardware and software troubleshooting);
  • Solid knowledge of networking, operating systems and office software;
  • Excellent client communication skills;
  • Proactive attitude, organised and detail-oriented;
  • An IT degree or relevant certification is a plus;
  • English is a must; category B driving licence.

Technical Support Engineer L1–L2 — Infrastructure

Full-time · Remote

You play an essential role in the implementation, maintenance and resolution of IT infrastructure, working closely with the technical team to provide high-quality support. The team ensures 24/7 support.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the IT infrastructure and logging daily activity (e.g. ServiceNow);
  • Analysing and troubleshooting Windows/Linux servers, including root-cause investigation;
  • Managing Active Directory (admin accounts, service accounts, security groups);
  • Managing DNS, Windows services, IIS, certificates and shared-drive access;
  • Managing VM resources (CPU/RAM/HDD), creating and decommissioning VMs;
  • OS patching, automated and manual (SCCM, Ansible, Batchpatch); documentation in Confluence.

Requirements

  • 1+ years administering Windows and/or Linux in corporate environments;
  • Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, databases, Citrix, networking, scripting;
  • Monitoring with SolarWinds, Nagios, Spiceworks or similar;
  • Preferred certifications: Microsoft, Azure, VMware, NetApp, Cisco, LPIC;
  • Knowledge of ITIL standards; strong problem-solving skills;
  • English — solid written and verbal communication.
